Turning Cold Tumors Hot

I created this infographic and animation for Boehringer Ingelheim to explain the field of Cancer Immunology – how to turn cold tumors hot – a very tricky point because more than half of cancer patients having tumors that are invisible to the immune system. This is because they manipulate ‘checkpoints’ on T-cells so that they can’t attack the tumor any more. Turning these ‘cold’ tumors ‘hot’ and combining several therapies will complete the Cancer Immunity Cycle and cause cancer cell killing.
